Every published report documents results for a specific submitted sample. This archive will show the product, strength and batch or lot identifier Bloom recorded for that submission, together with the original report, so the stated relationship is visible rather than implied.

How to read the archive
Compare the label, archive entry and report.
Match the identifiers. Compare the product, strength and batch or lot identifier on the label with the archive entry and original report.
Review the scope. Check the original report for the submitted-sample description, test methods and reported results. A result applies only to the attribute tested and the sample described.
Verify the document. Use the task number and unique key in Janoshik’s official verification system to confirm that the report is authentic. Verification does not independently establish sample provenance, uniformity of an entire batch or lot, sterility, safety, efficacy, or any attribute not listed in the report.

Ask Bloom to check it.
Send the product name, strength, batch or lot number and a clear photograph of the label. Please do not send unnecessary medical information.
