See the care behind your choice
What this means for you
A thoughtful choice starts with clear details.
You deserve to understand what you’re choosing. A named standard, a matching record and a plain-language explanation help you look beyond the label and make sense of the product in front of you.
From our selection to your choice
Chosen with care. Explained clearly.
Look a little closer
What our standards mean for you.
The right questions depend on the product. We review peptides, light panels and cold-therapy equipment against the specifications, documentation, handling and support that matter for each category. That means more useful details when you compare your options.
01 What earns a place at Bloom A clear purpose. Details worth checking.
A place in the Bloom range starts with a clear review. We define what matters for each category, then look at the product details, documentation and support behind it.
How we choose
We require clear product identity, useful specifications, consistent documentation and accountable support. A meaningful change in supplier, formulation, material or a key specification triggers a fresh Bloom review.
For equipment, we look at measurable specifications, relevant safety or electrical documentation, warranty and service.
What you can compare
- The exact format, model or strength being offered
- What is included and what must be purchased separately
- Relevant storage, use, care or warranty information
- The current status of supporting documentation
02 Proof you can follow Know what was checked and how to verify it.
You should be able to follow a report back to the details that matter: what was tested, how it was measured, which sample was received and the product or batch identifier supplied with it.
How to read a result
A clear report tells you exactly what was checked. Identity, measured amount (assay or content), chromatographic purity, microbial testing, sterility testing and bacterial-endotoxin testing are separate measures. Bloom names the attribute tested; no single result establishes overall quality, safety or effectiveness.
How Bloom shares testing
Third-party analytical testing through Janoshik is underway for Bloom’s current peptide programme. Completed reports will be connected to the submitted sample’s product, strength and reported lot. You can follow the current testing status here while those reports are being prepared.
You can authenticate a Janoshik report yourself using its task number and unique key in the official verification system. This checks the report’s authenticity; it does not establish a whole lot’s origin or uniformity, or clinical safety or efficacy.
03 Follow the product to its proof Connect the label, the lot and the record.
The name, strength and, where applicable, lot help connect a report to the product in your hands. Clear matching details make it easier to check that you are reading the record relevant to your choice.
Follow the details
Where batch or lot and expiry information applies, Bloom’s programme requires labels to show the product name, strength and those identifiers. Published reports will use the same details, so you can check the connection for yourself.
If one document appears across several strengths or formats, Bloom explains the relationship. Every published report must keep its product and lot connection clear.
Handling and delivery
Care continues after you choose. Bloom provides storage guidance and protective packaging suited to the delivery route, so handling is part of the product experience. A shipment is described as monitored cold chain only when it was controlled that way.
04 Follow the science Start with the big picture. Go deeper when curiosity calls.
Good information helps you choose with clearer expectations. Bloom explains what a product’s quality records show and what health studies have found, with the stage of evidence clearly identified. You can start with the essentials and explore the detail when you want to.
Two questions, two kinds of evidence
A laboratory report answers the specific product-quality questions listed on that report. A clinical study asks whether an intervention affected people. Both are useful, with different jobs, so Bloom keeps every conclusion connected to what was actually measured.
How Bloom follows a claim
Bloom looks for a close match between the evidence and the molecule or device, formulation, dose or exposure, route, population and outcome. We label preclinical, emerging human and controlled clinical evidence at its actual stage.
Regulatory language stays precise. We use terms such as registration, approval, certification and finished-batch compliance only when the relevant record establishes them.
05 Here when questions come up Your questions matter before and after checkout.
Choosing Bloom means having a direct place to bring your questions. Whether you need help with documentation, a product arrives damaged or a quality concern comes up, you can contact us and share the details.
Help us find the right details
For a product or documentation concern, the product name, batch or lot number and, where relevant, a clear label photo help us look into it. There is no need to send unnecessary personal medical information for a quality question.
A record that stays useful
Bloom commits to publishing completed reports with their product connection, correcting material errors clearly and showing when evidence is still pending. If something does not match, tell us. Your questions help us keep the information clear and useful.
