01 Peptides Appetite, recovery, skin or focus: different goals call for different conversations. Get to know each peptide’s role, what sets it apart and the choices available at Bloom.
Peptides, from possibility to product
Small signals with specific jobs
Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Many act as biological messengers, carrying specific signals through pathways connected with appetite, metabolism, repair, skin, cognition or cellular energy. That specificity is what makes each one worth understanding on its own.
Your goal shapes the choice.
Someone interested in appetite will look at different molecules from someone curious about skin or recovery. Begin with the change that matters to you. Understanding each peptide’s role and evidence makes the options easier to compare.
Choose with the details in view
See the molecule, strength, format and batch details together, with available testing documents linked to the relevant product. Bloom makes those differences visible so you can compare your options with a clearer picture of what you are choosing.
A clearer way to choose
Begin with the part of life you want to support
What matters most right now: appetite, recovery, skin, focus or cellular energy? Start there, then compare the relevant products. A clear goal helps you ask better questions and understand which differences are worth your attention.
Understand what the findings mean
The biology explains why a peptide attracts interest. Human trials show what happened when people received a particular treatment. Read the two together: one explains the idea, while the other helps you understand what results have actually been measured.
Then look at format and batch. Lyophilized and prepared-liquid products create different stability and handling routines, while quality information belongs to the exact batch in front of you.
What Bloom keeps clear
- Identity, assay or content, and purity information for the exact batch, where available
- The status of any sterility or endotoxin testing relevant to the product
- Clear traceability, storage conditions and handling limits
- Evidence matched to the exact molecule, route and population
Choose the question you want to explore
Weight & metabolism
Appetite, food noise and weight management are personal goals that can shape everyday life. Semaglutide and tirzepatide have established human evidence in specific approved medicines; retatrutide is investigational. Explore how their approaches to appetite and glucose regulation differ. Trial results apply to the formulations, doses and people studied, rather than establishing the same outcomes for Bloom’s products.
Professional aesthetic care
For a straightforward cosmetic selection, Lemon Bottle is offered as one 10 mL premixed vial. Its Korean distributor identifies it as an external-use cosmetic, not for injection. It belongs to cosmetic care rather than the peptide or GLP-1 categories; the exact product label should guide its use.
Performance & body composition
Body composition involves more than the number on a scale. Tesamorelin’s human evidence focuses on visceral fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin takes the conversation toward growth-hormone signalling and recovery. Human CJC-1295 studies concern the DAC form; the commercial “no DAC” name needs exact identity checks, and this fixed blend has no established human trial results.
Recovery & mobility
Recovery matters when you want to keep moving and doing what you enjoy. BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV draw interest through repair, tissue and inflammation biology, with evidence still mainly from cells and animals. TB-500 usually refers to the seven-amino-acid Ac-LKKTETQ fragment; findings on cell movement and tissue organisation from full-length thymosin beta-4 do not establish its effects. The BPC-157 + TB-500 blend also lacks established clinical results.
Skin & aesthetics
Healthy-looking skin starts a conversation about the structure beneath it. GHK-Cu draws attention to collagen and renewal, with human skin findings mainly from topical use rather than Bloom’s vial or pen formats. Glutathione has a separate antioxidant story. GLOW70 and KLOW80 offer fixed multi-ingredient formulas; studies of individual ingredients do not establish the blends’ compatibility, stability, safety, effectiveness or added benefit. Compare the formulas to understand what makes each choice distinct.
Focus, calm & sleep
Composure and clear thinking matter in a busy life. Selank’s story centres on the stress response, while Semax brings attention and brain adaptation into focus through early neurological and brain-imaging work. Human evidence remains limited and does not establish everyday cognitive benefits across formats. Get to know their distinct approaches, then compare the options.
Energy & healthy ageing
For those curious about energy and healthy ageing, the story begins at cell level. Epithalon, MOTS-c, NAD+, SS-31 and VIP each bring a different perspective, spanning mitochondria, ageing, antioxidant balance and respiratory signals. These are distinct molecules with different evidence; a role in cell biology does not establish an everyday boost in energy or resilience.
Hormonal health
Hormonal health starts with understanding the signals behind it. Kisspeptin is involved in the brain pathways that regulate reproductive hormones, including the release of GnRH. Kisspeptin-10 brings this signalling pathway into focus. Explore the biology, then compare the specific molecule, format and evidence with your own questions in mind.
Immune health
Immune health involves how cells recognise a challenge, communicate and respond. Thymosin alpha-1 is studied for its role in modulating those immune responses. Start with the biology, then look at the specific condition, formulation and people studied when interpreting results. Research in a defined clinical setting does not establish the same benefit for everyday use.
Product setup & supplies
The practical details are part of a considered choice. Find BAC Water, pen needles and syringes for preparation and administration where appropriate, then check compatibility, storage and handling alongside your selected product.
Curiosity opens the door. Evidence helps you choose.

02 Cold therapy Cold is a deliberate change of state: a sharp reset for attention, recovery and composure. The Bloom Ice Core - Set makes that reset easy to repeat, compare and shape into your own ritual.
Cold, in plain language
A fast change of state
Cold water pulls heat from the body quickly. Breathing and heart rate respond at once, bringing your attention fully into the moment and creating the unmistakable wake-up feeling people return for.
Recover. Reset. Go again.
After demanding exercise, cold-water immersion can reduce muscle soreness for some people. Beyond training, many value it as a crisp transition into the morning or between one part of the day and the next.
A cold ritual without the friction
The Ice Core - Set pairs a portable, pole-supported fabric tub with a compact 0.3 HP chiller, internal filtration and Tuya Smart app control. The tub includes an inflatable lid and a separate outer cover. Choose your target temperature and make the setup part of a routine that fits your day.
What cold could add
A reset you can schedule
Cold is a short, vivid stimulus. It can sharpen the start of a morning, close a hard training session or create a clean break between modes. The value is not staying in longest; it is choosing the state change on purpose and noticing what it adds to your day.
Use the moment that matches the goal
Cold after hard training may help soreness and perceived recovery. Frequent immersion immediately after resistance work can, however, work against some long-term strength and muscle adaptations. Recovery today and adaptation tomorrow are different goals; understanding the timing helps you choose the moment that fits yours.
Why the Bloom Ice Core - Set
- Set your target temperature using the onboard display or Tuya Smart app
- A stable, measurable setup you can repeat and learn from without relying on bags of ice
- A portable Core Tub with an inflatable lid and outer cover, paired with the 0.3 HP Core Chiller
- A built-in washable filter and quick-connect circulation hoses
Explore the reset. Let the research shape the ritual.
Cold can be useful without becoming extreme. Research is strongest around post-exercise soreness and perceived recovery, while evidence for broader wellbeing remains limited and still developing. Start gradually, respect the first cold-shock response and let consistency—not extremity—guide the experiment.
03 Light Therapy A little space for your own routine. Get to know red light panels and PEMF + red light mats, explore their different features and choose what fits your day.
Red light, in plain language
Light used as a biological signal
Red and near-infrared light are non-UV wavelengths used in photobiomodulation. Research explores how light absorbed by tissue may influence cellular energy and repair signalling.
Smoother-looking skin. Recovery that fits real life.
People turn to red light for healthier-looking skin, visible signs of ageing and recovery around exercise. The appeal is a non-invasive practice that may support how you look, move and feel—without asking much from your day.
The science, made usable at home
Bloom Red Light Panel offers independently controlled 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared light in a compact format. The Bloom Recovery Mat brings those wavelengths together with adjustable PEMF and soothing far-infrared warmth for muscle relaxation and everyday comfort.
What red light could add
Skin care that asks less of your schedule
In a controlled trial, a defined red and near-infrared protocol improved skin complexion and feeling, reduced roughness and increased collagen density. The everyday appeal is simple: non-invasive care that can sit beside your existing skincare rather than take over your schedule.
Recovery that keeps up with you
A recovery routine should fit the life you want to lead. Near-infrared light has been studied for muscle function around exercise, including a crossover trial that found slightly less immediate strength loss after a specific pre-exercise laser treatment. Results depend on the device and dose; that trial did not test Bloom Red. The Red panel brings the practical appeal of a repeatable light routine into your own space.
What makes Bloom Red useful
- 660 nm red light for more superficial, skin-focused exposure
- 850 nm near-infrared light, which reaches somewhat deeper into tissue
- Independent controls so you can explore red, near-infrared or both
- A compact home format, built-in timer and stated irradiance for sessions you can repeat and compare
Relax tired muscles. Make time to unwind.
The Bloom Recovery Mat brings soothing far-infrared warmth into your recovery and evening routines, helping muscles relax and easing everyday tension. Its full-body 80 × 190 cm format also combines 660/850 nm light, eight copper PEMF coils, amethyst and black tourmaline.
PEMF & far-infrared warmth
PEMF uses pulsed electromagnetic fields; far-infrared heat provides warmth. They are separate features from the mat’s 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared light. Explore the mat’s own specifications and guidance when planning your routine. Explore the Bloom Recovery Mat
See what changed when light was tested.
The skin and recovery findings are encouraging, and they belong to defined devices and protocols. Use the details to shape a consistent Bloom Red baseline, then notice what is useful to you.
04 Smart scales Get curious about your everyday patterns. Learn what a smart scale measures, how to compare your check-ins and where Bloom Body fits into your routine.
Smart scales, in plain language
Weight, with another layer of context
A smart scale measures weight and uses bioelectrical impedance analysis, or BIA, to estimate body composition. A small electrical signal meets different resistance as it passes through the body; the device uses that information in calculations for metrics such as body fat, muscle and water.
A way to notice patterns
Regular check-ins give you a record to consider alongside your routines. Look at your readings together with sleep, movement, strength and how you feel, so the numbers stay connected to everyday life.
Hands and feet, one check-in
Bloom Body combines eight hand and foot electrodes with 20 kHz and 100 kHz measurement frequencies. It offers 56 metrics, a retractable handle and Bluetooth plus Wi-Fi connectivity with the Unique Health app on iOS and Android.
Make your check-ins useful
Keep the conditions familiar
Use the same scale at a similar time of day and follow its setup instructions. Hydration, meals and recent exercise can affect body-composition estimates, so similar conditions make your readings easier to compare.
Give the pattern time
Review changes across weeks and months. A single reading captures one moment, and an everyday fluctuation does not necessarily mean a change in fat or muscle. These estimates are one part of your wellness picture. Why BIA readings vary: TANITA’s explainer
Curiosity, with standards
Stay curious. Follow the evidence.
Good choices begin with a reason to care and enough information to decide. At Bloom, we connect your goals with the biology, the human findings and the product details. You get a clearer view of what makes a tool interesting and what to consider before making it part of your life.
What could it change?
We begin with the human reason for caring: appetite, recovery, skin, energy, focus or resilience. Then we look at the biology that could connect the tool to that outcome.
Did people actually benefit?
We look for measurable or noticeable changes in people—not only a promising mechanism—and read the result alongside the population, comparison and timeframe.
Does that evidence fit this Bloom product?
The closer the molecule, format, wavelength, protocol and timeframe are to what Bloom offers, the more useful the evidence becomes. We keep those details visible.
