Storage and expiry
Lyophilized vial: labelled with a 24-month expiry. Cool storage is recommended.
Prepared pen: refrigerate at 2–8°C immediately after delivery and use within the 30-day labelled period.
Nasal spray: follow the storage temperature and expiry printed on your bottle and its Product Companion. These are specific to the nasal preparation; vial and pen storage periods do not apply.
Delivery and privacy
Metro Manila: eligible orders confirmed by 5:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery, subject to readiness and courier availability. Bloom Health will contact you to coordinate; the delivery fee is paid directly to the courier.
Outside Metro Manila: small-parcel delivery fees are Luzon PHP 250, Visayas PHP 300, Mindanao PHP 350, or remote and island provinces PHP 400. We will confirm the applicable fee for your address when you order.
