GHK-Cu
Renewal, from the structure up.
Preclinical research focus
- Skin repair
- Collagen formation
- Reduced oxidative stress
GHK-Cu is a copper-peptide complex based on a molecule naturally found in human blood. Laboratory studies examine how it influences fibroblasts, the cells that build the skin’s supporting structure, and the production of collagen and other structural material around them.

A focused look at the framework beneath skin’s surface.
The copper-peptide connection
GHK binds copper to form GHK-Cu, the complex behind this product.
Cultured skin-cell studies have examined changes in collagen production after GHK-Cu exposure.
Animal wound studies also examine the surrounding matrix: the structure around cells.

About GHK-Cu
When skin quality is the goal, the structure beneath the surface deserves attention. GHK-Cu brings a focused copper-peptide perspective to collagen and skin biology. Its reputation comes largely from laboratory and topical work; Bloom offers a clearly defined single-ingredient choice for those considering the injectable form with their clinician.
GHK-Cu pairs a naturally occurring peptide with copper, bringing one distinct ingredient into focus.
Start with skin structure
Collagen forms part of the framework that supports skin. GHK-Cu draws interest because laboratory studies have examined how it affects collagen production in skin cells. It is a specific biological connection behind the attention copper peptides receive in skincare.
A small peptide with a clear identity
GHK consists of three amino acids: glycine, histidine and lysine. When it binds copper, the resulting complex is GHK-Cu. That simple identity makes it easy to understand what you are comparing when you explore copper-peptide products.
Keep the formula focused
Bloom offers GHK-Cu as a single ingredient, with a choice of 50 mg or 100 mg. For shoppers comparing it with GLOW70 or KLOW80, the distinction is straightforward: GHK-Cu keeps the selection centred on the copper peptide itself.
The Bloom presentation
Choose a lyophilized vial or prepared pen and review the included Product Companion and supporting information. Bloom’s presentations are injectable, so discuss that route specifically with your clinician when considering how this product fits your goals.
Available options
- Choose 50 mg or 100 mg
- Available as a lyophilized vial or prepared pen
Most skin research explores GHK-Cu in laboratory or topical settings. The injectable form calls for a separate discussion with your clinician: its benefits and safety require further human evidence, and the US FDA highlights limited human safety data and a potential risk of immune reactions.
