Storage and expiry
Pen needles: keep each needle in its sealed packaging until needed. Store in a clean, dry place away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Do not use damaged packaging or a product beyond its labelled expiry.
Delivery and privacy
Metro Manila: eligible orders confirmed by 5:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery, subject to readiness and courier availability. Bloom Health will contact you to coordinate; the delivery fee is paid directly to the courier.
Outside Metro Manila: small-parcel delivery fees are Luzon PHP 250, Visayas PHP 300, Mindanao PHP 350, or remote and island provinces PHP 400. We will confirm the applicable fee for your address when you order.
